NOVUS® was booked as a 3rd party by my car service provider to replace a cracked windscreen while my car was being serviced. On pickup of my vehicle (Saturday morning)the sensor light was activated displaying a fault with rain and headlight sensors. The car service technician wasn’t able to reset/clear the fault and asked me to contact the NOVUS® Mitcham branch on Monday. Max at the Novus branch was extremely professional and the NOVUS® service guy (sorry I didn’t get his man) was as professional and courteous. He had to travel twice to my place of work to repair the issue and did so with a massive smile and clearly happy with where he works. A breath of fresh air. Keep up the high level of service guys.
